We meet at the property — in person, or by Zoom or FaceTime if you're away — to walk the scope, take measurements and photos, and talk honestly about budget.

We write up everything we discussed as a project narrative. You review and confirm it, so we're pricing exactly what you want.

We price the work with real quotes from trades and suppliers. Estimates take a few weeks and arrive through BuilderTrend, where you can review every line.

Everything in writing before work begins: final pricing, material allowances, start and finish dates, and the deposit and payment schedule.

Computer-drawn cabinet layouts, renderings and every selection — tile, quartz, hardware, paint — made with your designer in our selection center. Nothing is ordered or fabricated until you approve it.

Your project manager runs the site every day, with weekly photo updates. We close with a punch-list walkthrough and final billing reconciliation — and your one-year warranty on materials and workmanship begins.
