Sisters Ann Hunsaker and Linda Golden grew up in Alvarado, Texas. After Ann's years running a boutique in the Turks & Caicos, the two opened Sisters Trading Company on South Padre Island in 1986 — an island shop of original designs, handcrafted objects, art and antiques. Four decades later, Sisters Interiors is a full design, renovation and home furnishings house. We moved into our 5,500-square-foot showroom on Padre Boulevard in 2016, and in 2019 Ann's daughter Stefani Harrison came home to lead the next generation. The philosophy hasn't changed: a home should be a reflection of the people who live in it.
