For new builds, whole-home remodels and second homes. We design every room, manage every trade and install every piece, so you walk in to a finished home. Billed hourly; design typically runs about 10% of the total project budget, and most projects take 6 months to 2 years.

Your project manager schedules the trades, tracks the budget, handles permits and sends weekly updates with photos from the site.

Furniture, lighting and rugs — including custom fabrication — plus art selection, installation, and final styling, shelf by shelf.

We bid out and choose the trades, order every material, track deliveries, and receive and inspect everything before it reaches your home.

White-glove delivery and placement, art hung, beds made — then a final walkthrough together. You walk in to a finished home.
